Greenfield, MN – December 20, 2016 — Skybridge Americas announced today that it has hired contact center executive Tracey Palmer as Vice President of Operations – Contact Center.  Tracey will office in Skybridge America’s Winnipeg, Canada, call center facility and report directly to CEO Andrew J. Bosko effective Monday, December 19th, 2017.

Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, Inc., Tracey managed more than 3,000 employees and was responsible for delivering multi-geo contact center services on behalf of a large U.S. based Mobility company. Her team contributed to the company reclaiming the highly-coveted J.D. Power — Wireless Customer Care Experience award in 2016.

For Skybridge Americas, Tracey will be responsible for both Canada and US Operations, with a specific focus on driving growth and expanding Skybridge America’s Remote Agent initiative, a home agent solution driven by cloud technology that will allow both Skybridge Americas and its clients to scale and grow on demand.

“We are excited to have an executive of Tracey’s stature join our team,” said Bosko. “Tracey is a proven operator and knows how to drive ROI and value for clients, which is a central mission for Skybridge Americas”

Tracey has over 16 years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing, and her background includes operations, client services, talent acquisition, and account management for a variety of industries such as Sales and Service and Healthcare.

Tracey was born in the United States to Canadian Military parents. She spent her formative years living in The Netherlands before moving back to Winnipeg, Canada to complete her post-secondary education, so the relocation is in some senses a homecoming. She holds two degrees, one in French Literature as well as a specialized Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation from le Collège universitaire de Saint-Boniface.

“I couldn’t be more excited to join such an innovative and energetic company with a fantastic management group like we have at Skybridge Americas,” said Tracey.  “I look forward to returning to Winnipeg with my family and helping the company expand its vision as a top on-shore, home agent provider.”
