Principal and Chairman
A lifelong strategist, entrepreneur, and adventurer, Mark first began collaborating with Skybridge Americas in the mid-2000’s. He admired the company’s decades-long track record, the dedication of its team members, and the extraordinary longevity of its relationships with North America’s most beloved brands. He also saw its potential for growth. So in 2011, he acquired the company and began turning his vision into action. Since then, Mark has led Skybridge Americas through a robust investment in leading edge technology and strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to acquiring Skybridge Americas, Mark helmed a number of highly successful businesses. He was founder and principal of My-Pipeline, a managed services provider of business development strategies and execution for IT driven businesses. Before that, he was founder and principal of MORE Direct, the direct marketing agency of record for Compaq, Apple, Canon U.S.A., Pillsbury, and Minnesota North Stars. He was also co-owner of City Graphics, a Minneapolis based graphics firm.
Mark enjoys sailing the Caribbean and held a commercial sea captain’s license with the United States Coast Guard.
Chief Executive Officer
Andy has been the guiding force behind Skybridge Americas’ brand transformation, technology upgrades, and recent rapid sales growth since joining the organization in 2016. A recognized sales leader with 25 years of executive management experience, Andy is known for his hands-on style, sense of humor, and relentless focus on results.
Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, Andy held executive leadership roles with a number of sales and customer contact organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at iPacesetters, LLC. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alpine Access, and before that, held key leadership roles at TRG, Convergys and APAC.
Before earning his MBA from Northwestern University, Andy attended Loyola University, Chicago, on athletic scholarships for swimming and water polo, helping his team advance to the NCAA tournament three times. To this day, he can be seen wearing his Loyola Letterman jacket as he cheers on the Ramblers at various sporting events.
Chief Financial Officer
A successful and experienced financial executive in the contact center industry, Laresa is excited to be a part of the Skybridge Americas team as it continues to expand its national and international presence. She is passionate about driving growth while maintaining a focus on bottom line results. A hands-on leader with a can-do attitude, she has a reputation for motivating high performing teams that are customer focused, innovative, and flexible. She is committed to maintaining the highest levels of operational and financial excellence in order to benefit to customers, investors, and team members. Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, Laresa served for eight years as Chief Financial Officer of Infinity Sales Group, a leading contact center company serving partners in the satellite TV, broadband, cable and home security industries. Before that, she spent seven years with dmg World Media where she served as Vice President of Finance for their Art and Antiques sector overseeing event management and publishing operations in the USA, England and France. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and earned her MBA from Capital University in Columbus, OH.
Laresa is a supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and was a marathon coach for their Team in Training program. She has completed four marathons and numerous half marathons.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Bobby has always loved building new things and especially enjoys bringing his creative skills to new sales, marketing and branding challenges. He joined Skybridge Americas in 2017 because he was excited to help build the company’s new brand and has been instrumental in driving increased revenue ever since.
Bobby brings more than 20 years of sales success landing large, strategic deals, negotiating complex contracts and forging long-term, win-win relationships with key partners. Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, he was Senior Vice President of Client Services for S2G Support Services Group and, before that, served as Vice President of Relationship Management and Operations for APAC Customer Services. He also held numerous senior executive positions in sales, marketing, operations, logistics, product management and technical services for American industry leaders including Ameritech, AT&T, MCI and Comdisco.
Bobby is a twelve-year veteran of the United States Army, having served on active duty, in the National Guard, and in Special Forces as a Detachment Commander. He and his son are also experienced Surfboard Shapers, designing and building art quality, custom-made surfboards by hand.
Chief Information Officer
With 30 years of customer engagement experience and executive leadership in Operations, Information Technology, Client Services and Business Development to Skybridge Americas, Bryant leads technology strategy and transformation efforts in our client engagements.
Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, he served as COO & CIO for iPacesetters. Before that, he he served in senior executive positions with Stream Global Services, Integrated Quality Technologies, Citigroup, RMH Teleservices, EBA Teleservices, and TeleQuest Teleservices.
Vice President, Contact Center Solutions
Jeff oversees all U.S. and Canada Customer Contact Operations and is responsible for the company’s expansion of “Agents Anywhere,” Skybridge Americas’ team scalability solution, supported by cloud technology.
Prior to joining Skybridge Americas in 2015, Jeff was Director of Workforce Management at AmTrust, North America and, before that, oversaw Global Workforce Management at Target Corporation. In fact, most of his career has been on the client side of the business, where he has led large scale inbound and outbound contact center operations across multiple industries, including financial services, retail, IT, and insurance. Having managed all of the support functions critical to contact center operations, including workforce management, quality assurance, and vendor management, Jeff has a deep, inside understanding of client priorities and challenges.
Jeff plays competitive softball, has won multiple national tournaments, and enjoys bringing that same, winning approach to the teams he builds and leads at work.
