MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – April 4, 2016 –Skybridge Americas, Inc. today announces it has hired Andrew Bosko as its new Chief Executive Officer. “I am very pleased with the addition of Andy to the Skybridge Americas team. He joins at a perfect time to lead the next phase of the transformation at Skybridge Americas along with the all-star team we have recently assembled,” says Mark Morris, the company’s Chairman and owner.
Bosko comes to Skybridge Americas with over 20 years of global leadership experience, most recently as Chief Operating Officer at iPacesetters, LLC, formerly SVP of Sales and Marketing at Alpine Access, and leadership roles at TRG, Convergys and APAC. “What an exciting time at Skybridge Americas,” says Bosko. “The combination of its premium brand clients, modernized contact center and fulfillment capabilities, cloud-based technology platform, and digital services capabilities positions it for explosive growth. In particular, SkyAssist®, which allows agents to handle multiple calls concurrently while consistently exceeding call quality and compliance standards, is a game-changing call center technology capability.”
“This signals the genesis of a vision begun four years ago” according to Morris. “As more brand-conscious corporate leaders acknowledge the imperative for superlative customer experiences, they are bringing offshore call centers home and consolidating with their distribution centers to create the foundation of a single omni-channel solution.”
Skybridge Americas was founded 35 years ago as a division of Carlson Companies and today is rated among Top 10 international call centers by Customer Magazine. Coca-Cola, Allstate Roadside Assistance and Publishers Clearing House are examples of its many clients. Michael Paxton and Angela Selden will continue to serve with Morris on its Advisory Board.
