Mark Morris

Principal and Chairman

A lifelong strategist, entrepreneur, and adventurer, Mark first began collaborating with Skybridge Americas in the mid-2000’s. He admired the company’s decades-long track record, the dedication of its team members, and the extraordinary longevity of its relationships with North America’s most beloved brands. He also saw its potential for growth. So in 2011, he acquired the company and began turning his vision into action. Since then, Mark has led Skybridge Americas through a robust investment in leading edge technology and strategic growth initiatives.

Prior to acquiring Skybridge Americas, Mark helmed a number of highly successful businesses. He was founder and principal of My-Pipeline, a managed services provider of business development strategies and execution for IT driven businesses. Before that, he was founder and principal of MORE Direct, the direct marketing agency of record for Compaq, Apple, Canon U.S.A., Pillsbury, and Minnesota North Stars. He was also co-owner of City Graphics, a Minneapolis based graphics firm.

Mark enjoys sailing the Caribbean and held a commercial sea captain’s license with the United States Coast Guard.

Andrew Bosko

Vice Chairman

A recognized sales leader with 25 years of executive management experience, Andy is known for his hands-on style, sense of humor, and relentless focus on results.

Prior to joining Skybridge Americas, Andy held executive leadership roles with a number of sales and customer contact organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer at iPacesetters, LLC. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Alpine Access, and before that, held key leadership roles at TRG, Convergys and APAC.

Before earning his MBA from Northwestern University, Andy attended Loyola University, Chicago, on athletic scholarships for swimming and water polo, helping his team advance to the NCAA tournament three times. To this day, he can be seen wearing his Loyola Letterman jacket as he cheers on the Ramblers at various sporting events.

Jeff Batt

Chief Executive Officer

An influential leader with 25+ years of industry experience, Jeff shapes the strategies driving growth, organizational transformation, and customer experience excellence. With his keen eye for talent and deep commitment to developing people, he builds high performing teams known for their ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and client outcomes.

Prior to being named CEO, Jeff served as Chief Operating Officer for Skybridge Americas. In that role, he oversaw all sites and virtual operations, ensuring that client expectations, service levels and key performance indicators were consistently met and exceeded. He led the smooth transition of all client services and contact center operations during the company’s dramatic restructuring and played a key role in catapulting the organization into the industry spotlight for maintaining uninterrupted service throughout the pandemic.

Jeff plays competitive softball, has won multiple national tournaments, and enjoys bringing that same, winning approach to the partnerships he builds and the teams that he leads.

Bryant Richardson

Chief Information Officer

Since childhood, Bryant Richardson has always loved understanding what makes things work and how to make them better. For over 25 years, Bryant has headed teams in executive leadership roles in customer experience management (CEM) as a recognized leader in transforming customer operations and the use of technology to continually improve the business of customer experience. He leads technology strategy and transformation efforts in our client engagements.

Prior to joining Skybridge Americas in 2016, Bryant served as COO & CIO for iPacesetters. He previously held many senior executive roles in technology and operations for industry leaders, including Stream Global Services, Citigroup and RMH Teleservices, among others. Bryant graduated from the University of Texas, Arlington College of Business. He continues to maximize the return on investment – both in people and technology to deliver better results – as he advocates delivering on the promise of blue-sky customer engagement – that is, making blue sky real.

Bryant currently serves on the boards of directors for CareerSolutions and Embrace Waiting Children, nonprofits focused on social services and child welfare, respectively. When not working, you can find him motorcycling the byways of North Texas or cooking up something fresh for friends and family in the kitchen of his Dallas-area home.

Laresa McIntyre

Chief Financial Officer

With more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, Laresa McIntyre has built her career helping complex, people-powered organizations scale with clarity and control. She has managed multimillion-dollar P&Ls across multiple geographies, led high-performing finance teams, and is known for turning financial data into practical, confident decision-making.

Laresa has played a key role in advancing Skybridge Americas’ financial strategy, strengthening core systems, and supporting major operational and technology initiatives. Her insight-driven approach and steady leadership continue to guide the company’s planning, performance, and long-term growth trajectory across the organization.

Laresa holds an MBA, a Master’s in Accounting, and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). Outside of work, she loves to travel and explore new places with the same curiosity she brings to her craft.

Deb Kocen

Vice President, Client Success

Deb is directly responsible for contact center operations and client services and has established a reputation for building talented, agile teams who thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at adapting to shifts in client needs and market dynamics.

With more than 20 years’ experience in multiple positions with Skybridge and more than 35 years of industry experience, Deb brings unparalleled depth and breadth of skills and insights to her role. A relationship driven leader, Deb’s track record for guiding teams to meet and exceed client expectations and performance metrics has made her a trusted partner to her clients, her teams, and to Skybridge as a whole.

Deb is an active and influential voice within the broader customer care industry and has served as president of the Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals (Socap) Canada, as a board member of the Manitoba Customer Contact Council (MCCA), and as a member of Customer Contact Women (CCWomen). She is also a devoted community volunteer, has served as vice president for the Manitoba Moose Yearling Foundation, co-chaired Victoria Hospital Miracle Garden Party, and is a passionate fan of hockey, football and golf.
