Greenfield, MN – July 17, 2017 — Skybridge Americas announced today that it has hired 3PL and operations leader Brian Gahlon as Director of Operations for its global fulfillment business.  Brian  will report directly to Keith G. Schwartz, President starting Monday, July 17th, 2017.

Brian comes from Bluestem Brands, the parent company of 14 dynamic eCommerce retail brands.  While at Bluestem, Brian was the General Manager of their 1.2 million square foot St. Cloud, Minnesota distribution facility where he was responsible for safety, security, fulfillment, inventory management, information systems, the customer return department and employee relations.

Brian brings 26 years of management and operations leadership experience.  His extensive management background includes Operations Manager at Archway Marketing Services, Production and Quality Control Manager at PouchTec, LLC, as well as Plant Manager for G&K Services.  Under Brian’s leadership, Bluestem Brands had a budgetary improvement YOY of 12% in 2016.  He implemented process improvement initiatives that resulted in shift consolidation and a facility efficiency improvement of 9%.  In addition, Brian grew the inventory accuracy from 98.2% to 99.9%.

Brian has been actively involved with Habitat for Humanity of St. Cloud, the BNI networking group of St. Cloud and President of the Sartell Area Youth Basketball Association.  Brian recently relocated from Sartell, MN to Maple Grove MN where he lives with his wife Noelle.  They have three children, and Brian enjoys spending time with his kids, going to the gym and golfing.
